Meet the Founder
Amanda Nneoma Uzoagba is a multifaceted professional and all-knowing entertainment guru. With her finger on the pulse of music, film, TV, and dance, there’s no industry secret she cannot unravel. She is a distinguished award-winning Entertainment Lawyer, Award-Winning Author, Entertainment Business Executive, Public Speaker and Legal Educator. She holds a law degree (LL. B) from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) was called to the bar in 2017.
With almost 10 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry, she possesses the vital exposure, diverse skills and expertise across various domains from wearing many caps in the industry from being a TV producer, presenter, content creator, PR consultant etc. She has facilitated many events, conferences, and webinars targeted at educating and enlightening entertainers, entrepreneurs, and creatives, on the protection of their intellectual property rights as well as their creative works.
As a Film and TV Business Executive/Lawyer, she has worked with a lot of top production companies like EbonyLife Limited, Juliet Audu Productions (JAP), etc and has been a part of more than 45 productions including eight big-budget productions exhibited in theatres and streaming platforms. She has worked on a variety of co-production, development, and production deals with international studios such as Netflix, Sony, BBC, Westbrook, AMC, Amazon Prime, etc. She worked on big budget productions like Castle & Castle Season 2, Chief Daddy 2: Going for Broke, Netflix’s First Nigerian Original Limited Series – Blood Sisters, Eleshin Oba: The King’s Horseman, A Sunday Affair, W.A.R – Wrath and Revenge, Oloture 2: Her Journey, etc.

Amanda’s repertoire as a Music Business Executive, she has represented an assorted clientele consisting of both A-list and underground artists, music producers, songwriters, and record labels. Through her expertise, she has facilitated and negotiated over $5million in transactions involving catalog sales, talent discovery, endorsements deals, branding, licensing, distribution, publishing deals, split sheet, live events, visual rights & recording deals for an extensive array of music professionals, record labels, investors and estates.
In 2019, Amanda launched her Goldwhisk Consult, a consulting firm that focuses on the Entertainment and Creative business providing a range of services related to the legal and business aspects of the entertainment industry. Her diverse background and extensive experience makes her a prominent figure in the intersection of law and the entertainment industry in Nigeria and across the world. She not only provides legal counsel but also actively contributes to the education and development of professionals in this field.
Amanda Nneoma Uzoagba has been honored with various awards, nominations and recognitions in the Entertainment Industry and legal profession. Her awards and recognitions includes Nigeria’s 30 Under 30 by Analawgy Magazine, Law Awards for Writing and the Refulgent Award for her valuable contribution towards youth development in Nigeria, Africa’s Top Legal Millennial by The Palm Magazine, Most Influential Under 30 Lawyers, Outstanding Advocate of the Year, Entertainment Advocate of the Year, etc. She was nominated under Law Awards for Justice Mary Odili Award for Amazon of the Year and Award Price for Ideator of the Year in 2023.
